Enrollment FAQ

See below for answers to frequently asked questions regarding the enrollment process.

Check your email!  When enrollment opens, Kolbe will send returning students an email with a snapcode link for you to use for each of your currently enrolled children.  If you have a new student, you’ll need to fill out the application first, but once your application is approved, Kolbe will send you an email with your snapcode link.

By clicking on the snap code link in your enrollment email, you are automatically entering your child’s snapcode. The snapcode is like a key to your child’s Enrollment for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child unless you have a new student you are enrolling for the first time.

If you’ve never completed an application or enrollment using this new system, you must create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number.

If you already have an account, you can sign in and complete the form. (You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.)

Questions marked with the “required” button must be completed. Basic student and parent information will already be pre-populated for you. However, you will have the opportunity to make changes.
